PropAI ("we", "our", or "the Service") is an internal AI platform operated by ITS Creative Studio that helps property agents create marketing content and manage advertising. This policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and the choices you have.
PropAI is operated by ITS Creative Studio, based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. The Service is available at eliteproperty.io and is intended for authorized property agents and marketing professionals.
When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your basic profile details — your name, email address, and profile photo — to identify your account and personalize your experience.
If you connect your Meta (Facebook) advertising account, we access the following through Meta's official APIs, strictly to provide our advertising features:
We only act on your explicit instruction. Any advertising campaign we create on your behalf is created in a paused state so you can review it before it goes live.
When you use our content tools, you may upload photos, videos, audio, and text. We process this content to generate the output you request — such as property renders, tour videos, or advertising copy.
When you use the Link Analysis feature, we download the publicly available video at the link you provide solely to analyze it for you. We do not store these videos after analysis is complete.
To deliver our features, your content may be processed by the following providers, each under their own privacy and security commitments:
We share only the data necessary for each feature to function. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Generated content in your history is automatically deleted after 7 days. Videos downloaded for analysis are deleted immediately after processing. Access tokens for connected accounts are kept only for as long as your connection remains active.
You can disconnect your Facebook or Google account at any time from within the Service, which revokes our access. To request deletion of any remaining data associated with your account, email us at the address below and we will remove it promptly.
To remove PropAI's access from Facebook directly, visit your Facebook Business Integrations settings and remove the app.
We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted server access, and secure storage of credentials. Access tokens are never exposed to your browser or to other users.
The Service is intended for professional use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
